We provide detailed leasing and sales market information and financial analysis of the tenant roll and utilize multiple marketing channels to get the property the right market exposure. Then we negotiate contracts and see the process through the closing date.
We look for acquisition options “on” and “off” the market.
For acquisitions, we search for options in the market, also targeting potential sites that are not offered for sale. Every stone is turned to assist our clients in purchasing the right property.

All commercial properties vary in size, scope, nature and locations. All of them have their unique components and, subsequently, resulting price. Through the years we have helped our clients buy and sell properties ranging from retail condominiums, urban townhouses, assembled properties, retail land and NNN investment sales to 1031 exchanges. We have completed transactions valued in price from $500,000 to $25 million.
